To Sunrise's knowledge, since the dates of the as-built surveys for each of the Facilities provided to Investor by Sunrise (the "FINANCING SURVEYS"), no new survey matters have arisen in connection with any of the Real Property which would otherwise be required to be shown thereon under the applicable ALTA/ACSM standards used in preparing the Xxxxxx Xxx Surveys to be shown thereon.
