No Multiplexing Clause Samples
The No Multiplexing clause prohibits a party from combining or aggregating multiple data streams, services, or users through a single connection or account. In practice, this means that each user or service must have its own separate access point and cannot share credentials or network resources to serve multiple endpoints simultaneously. This clause is commonly used in software licensing or telecommunications agreements to prevent unauthorized sharing and to ensure accurate usage tracking. Its core function is to maintain control over access, prevent abuse, and ensure that usage limits and fees are properly enforced.
No Multiplexing. Multiplexing is not permitted under this Agreement. You may not combine transactions from multiple users onto a single session. You may only have as many sessions open at one time as the number of Users authorized by STP for the license under which that STP Product is used. If you are concerned about how to apply these multiplexing license restrictions for a particular application, please contact STP at ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
