NO MODIFICATIONS OR RELEASE Sample Clauses

NO MODIFICATIONS OR RELEASE. No act or thing done by Landlord or Landlord's agents or employees during the Term shall be deemed an acceptance of a surrender of the Premises, and no provision of this Lease shall be deemed to have been waived by Landlord, unless such waiver is in writing and is signed by Landlord, and any such waiver shall be effective only for the specific purpose and in the specific instance in which given. If Tenant at any time desires to have Landlord sublet the Premises for Tenant's account, Landlord or Landlord's agents are authorized to receive Tenant's keys to the Premises for such purpose without releasing Tenant from any of the obligations under this Lease, and Tenant hereby relieves Landlord of any liability for loss of or damage to any of Tenant's effects in connection with such subletting.
