Common use of No Modification or Reverse Engineering Clause in Contracts

No Modification or Reverse Engineering. ZAGG will not, and will cause its employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives not to, modify, reverse engineer or affirmatively attempt to engineer or work around, the Technology. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZAGG hereby expressly agrees and acknowledges that in the event ZAGG breaches this Section, Company shall own, and ZAGG shall and hereby does assign, all intellectual property rights relating to the results of any such breach, including, but not limited to, all rights in patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
