The Property Owner has not made and will not make to the City or to the Capital Provider, in this Agreement or otherwise, any untrue statement of a material fact, nor has it omitted and nor will it omit to state a material fact necessary to make any statement made not misleading. All information provided by the Property Owner to the Capital Provider in writing or in electronic form is true and correct in all material respects.
