No MIP and No PUP. If Executive participates in a functional incentive plan but does not participate in either the MIP or the PUP, the amount described in this § 1.8(b) shall not exceed the amount which would have been described in § 1.8(b)(1) if Executive instead had been a participant in the MIP plus the amount which would have been described in § 1.8(c) if Executive had been a participant in the PUP.
