No Minimum Services. LOC is not under any obligation to acquire a minimum amount of the Services from the Supplier, to acquire Services that attract a minimum level of charges or to pay any minimum fee to the Supplier under this Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated in Schedule 3.
No Minimum Services. 3.1 ACC has no obligation to ensure that any minimum number of Clients receive Services from the Vendor or any employee or contractor of the Vendor. The Vendor will not make any claim against ACC by reason of or relating to Vendor or any employee or contractor of the Vendor not performing an anticipated level of Services, or not receiving any minimum amount over the Term of this Agreement, or at all.
