The information, reports and schedules furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower or any other Loan Party to the Agent or any Lender in connection with any Loan Document, taken as a whole, do not, on the date hereof, contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
