No Material Misstatement or Omissions in the Time of Sale Information. The Time of Sale Information did not, as of the Applicable Time, include an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading; provided that no representation or warranty is made as to information included in or omitted from the Time of Sale Information in reliance upon and in conformity with written information furnished to the Partnership Entities through the Representatives by or on behalf of any Underwriter specifically for inclusion therein, which information is specified in Section 6.10. (i) No Material Misstatements or Omissions in Issuer Free Writing Prospectus.
