No Limitation on Remedies. T-Mobile Collocator or Tower Operator, as applicable, may pursue any remedy or remedies provided in this Agreement or any remedy or remedies provided for or allowed by law or in equity, separately or concurrently or in any combination, including (i) specific performance or other equitable remedies, (ii) money damages arising out of such default or (iii) in the case of Tower Operator's default, T-Mobile Collocator may perform, on behalf of Tower Operator, Tower Operator's obligations under the terms of this Agreement pursuant to Section 24.
