No Limitation on Remedies. The Company’s forfeiture and repayment rights under this paragraph shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, actions the Company may take to remedy or discipline any misconduct by the Grantee including, but not limited to, termination of employment or initiation of appropriate legal action.
