No Limitation on Independently Owned Data. Nothing in this Agreement restricts the ownership or use of Student Data that a Party (i) independently owns, (ii) independently develops, (iii) obtains from the public domain through no wrongful act of the Party, or (iv) receives from a third party who was free to disclose it.
