No Limitation of Liability. Landlord makes no representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant or Landlord under the terms of this Lease are adequate to protect any party. If Tenant believes that the insurance coverage required under this Lease is insufficient to adequately protect Tenant, Tenant shall provide, at its own expense, such additional insurance as Tenant deems adequate.
