No Lien. Landlord consents to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s security interest in the Collateral and waives all right of levy for rent and all claims and demands of every kind against the Collateral, such waiver to continue so long as any sum remains owing from Tenant to the Tenant’s Lender. Landlord agrees that the Collateral shall not be subject to distraint or execution by, or to any claim of, Landlord.
