Common use of No Liability Clause in Contracts

No Liability. Except to the extent provided in the Principal Finance Documents, none of the Pledgee, its nominee(s) or agent(s) or delegate(s) shall be liable by reason of (a) taking any action permitted by this Agreement or (b) any neglect or default in connection with the assets and rights subject to the security interest created hereunder, save in respect of any loss or damage which is suffered as a result of wilful misconduct (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (▇▇▇▇▇ Fahrlässigkeit) by the Pledgee, its nominee(s) or agent(s) or delegate(s), or (c) the enforcement or realisation of all or any part of the security interest created hereunder.

No Liability.
