Common use of No Liability or Wrongdoing Clause in Contracts

No Liability or Wrongdoing. You understand and agree that the release and accord and satisfaction set forth in Section 4(d) constitute a final compromise of the claims released thereby, and are not an admission by the Released Parties that any such claims exist and/or of liability by the Released Parties with respect to such claims. Nothing in this Agreement, nor any of the proceedings connected with it, is to be construed as, offered as, received as, or deemed to be evidence of an admission by the Released Parties of any liability or unlawful conduct whatsoever, and each of the Released Parties expressly deny any such liability or wrongdoing.
