Common use of No Investment Restrictions Clause in Contracts

No Investment Restrictions. The Option Securities are the securities underlying the Option. The Holder may (in its absolute and sole discretion) determine and accept the Option Securities that are subject to this Agreement. The Holder is not subject to any formal investment policies and restrictions, including (without limitation) geographical, sectoral or situational focus, the type of investment or instruments that can be used, the control of the investee Companies, investment size, diversification, leverage, liquidity and market exposure. Accordingly, the Holder is not required to diversify its holdings, and at time the Holder’s investments may be concentrated in particular financial or geographic markets, industries or sectors.
