Common use of No Inquiries Clause in Contracts

No Inquiries. The Warrant Agent is not bound to make any inquiry or investigation as to the correctness of the matters set out in any of the resolutions, opinions, certificates or other documents required by the provisions of this Indenture, but is entitled to accept and act upon the resolutions, opinions, certificates or other documents. The Warrant Agent may nevertheless, in its discretion, require further proof in cases where it deems further proof desirable. The Warrant Agent is not bound to make any inquiry or investigation as to the performance by the Company of the Company’s covenants hereunder.
