Common use of No Injunctions, Illegality or Litigation Clause in Contracts

No Injunctions, Illegality or Litigation. No Law or Order issued by any Governmental Entity (including any Gaming Authority) shall have been adopted, promulgated or issued that would prohibit, restrain, enjoin or render unlawful the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and there shall be no pending Action by any Governmental Entity of competent jurisdiction seeking any such Law or Order.
