No Immunities, etc. It is subject to civil and commercial law with respect to its obligations under this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which it is a party and the execution, delivery and performance by it of this Agreement constitute private and commercial acts rather than public or governmental acts. The Obligor is not entitled to any right of immunity in Brazil from suit, court jurisdiction, judgment or form any other legal process or remedy relating to its obligations under any Loan Documents.
