Common use of No Guests Permitted/Indemnification and Hold Harmless Clause in Contracts

No Guests Permitted/Indemnification and Hold Harmless. Non-tenants and Guests are not permitted to use the Fitness Room. Tenant agrees not to allow Guests to access the Fitness Room. Tenant agrees to indemnify and to hold the University harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the prohibited use of the Fitness Room by Guests, and to reimburse the University for any such expenses incurred.
