No Guarantee of Successful Development. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby expressly acknowledged and agreed that neither Party gives any representation or warranty, express or implied, nor shall any such warranty or representation be deemed given by either Party, that the Development of product contemplated under this Agreement will be successful or that Regulatory Approval for Product will be granted by the competent Regulatory Authority/ies.
