No Guarantee of Service. The Option shall not confer upon Optionee any right with respect to continuance of employment or other service with Company or any Affiliate, nor shall it interfere in any way with any right Company or any Affiliate would otherwise have to terminate such Optionee’s employment or other service at any time.
