No Guarantee of Service. This Agreement is not a service policy or contract. It does not give the Trustee the right to remain a trustee of the Bank, nor does it interfere with the Bank’s right, to the extent of its ability under applicable law and regulation and its articles of incorporation and bylaws, to discharge the Trustee. It also neither requires the Trustee to remain a trustee of the Bank nor interferes with the Trustee’s right to terminate his service at any time.
