NO GEOGRAPHIC LIMITS Sample Clauses
The "No Geographic Limits" clause establishes that the rights, obligations, or restrictions outlined in the agreement are not confined to any specific geographic area. In practice, this means that provisions such as non-compete, confidentiality, or intellectual property protections apply globally, regardless of where the parties operate or where the activities occur. This clause ensures that the agreement's terms remain enforceable and effective worldwide, preventing parties from circumventing their responsibilities by relocating to another jurisdiction.
