No Generation Clause Samples
The "No Generation" clause prohibits the creation or generation of certain items, data, or content under the agreement. In practice, this means that the party subject to the clause is not allowed to produce, develop, or generate specified materials, such as intellectual property, documents, or digital assets, during the term of the contract. This clause is typically used to prevent unauthorized creation or to ensure that certain outputs are not produced, thereby protecting the interests of the other party and avoiding potential disputes over ownership or use of generated materials.
