Common use of No Further Advances Clause in Contracts

No Further Advances. A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Agent receives the Borrower's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

No Further Advances. A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 9.4 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the LoanREPAYMENT OF A BANK'S SHARE OF THE LOAN) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Facility Agent receives the BorrowerParent's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 15.6 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the LoanREPAYMENT OF A BANK'S SHARE OF THE OUTSTANDINGS) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Facility Agent receives the BorrowerParent's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the LoanOutstandings, and such Bank's Available Term Commitments and Available Revolving Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 13.6 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the LoanREPAYMENT OF A BANK'S SHARE OF THE LOAN) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Facility Agent receives the BorrowerParent's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Term A Commitment, Available Term B Commitment and Available Revolving Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 12.5 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Revolving Advances on or after the date upon which the Agent receives the BorrowerParent's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Revolving Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

No Further Advances. A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 13.6 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Agent receives the BorrowerRelevant Obligor's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 13.7 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Facility Agent receives the BorrowerObligors' Agent's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Tranche A Term Commitment and Available Revolving Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

No Further Advances. A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 13.5 (Repayment of a Bank's Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Agent receives the Principal Borrower's notice of its intention to procure the repayment of such Bank's share of the Loan, and such Bank's Available Revolving Commitment shall be reduced to zero.

No Further Advances. A Bank for whose account a repayment is to be made under Clause 8.4 9.4 (Repayment of a Bank's ’s Share of the Loan) shall not be obliged to participate in the making of Advances on or after the date upon which the Facility Agent receives the Borrower's ’s notice of its intention to procure the repayment of repay such Bank's ’s share of the Loan, and such Bank's ’s Available Commitment on such date shall be reduced to zero.
