Common use of No Fractional Warrant Shares or Scrip Clause in Contracts

No Fractional Warrant Shares or Scrip. No fractional Warrant Shares shall be issued upon the exercise of this Warrant. As to any fraction of a Share that the Holder would otherwise be entitled to purchase upon such exercise, the Corporation shall be entitled to round down such to the next whole Share.
