No financing statement describing all or any portion of the Collateral which has not lapsed or been terminated naming Fast Forward any Grantor as debtor has been filed in any jurisdiction except (i) financing statements naming the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties as the secured party, (ii) as described in Exhibit “D” D and (iii) as permitted by Section 4.1(f)4.1.6.
