No Filings Necessary. Except as otherwise required herein, each Loan Party hereby confirms that no additional filings or recordings need to be made, and no other actions need to be taken, by such Loan Party in order to maintain the perfection, enforceability or validity of the security interests created pursuant to the Collateral Documents.
