No Fiduciary Obligations of Members. The Members expressly agree that, with respect to decisions made or actions taken by a Member, such Member shall not have any fiduciary duty whatsoever (to the extent permitted by law) to the other Members or to any other Person and such Member may take actions, grant consents or refuse to grant consents under this Agreement for the sole benefit of the Member, as determined in its sole discretion.
