Common use of NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY Clause in Contracts

NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any person dealing with the Lender or the Receiver shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in this Agreement and/or the Security Documents are or may be exercisable by the Lender or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing upon this Agreement.
