No Effect on Employment or Service. This Agreement is not an employment or service contract, and nothing herein shall be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on Participant’s part to continue in the employ or service of the Company, or of the Company to continue Participant’s employment or service with the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company to terminate Participant’s employment or service relationship, for any reason whatsoever, with or without good cause.
