NO EFFECT ON CERTAIN MATTERS. Pursuant to An Act to Amend the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.32 (1st Supp.), provision was made for certain individuals to apply for registration as Indians. In respect of any such individuals who were entitled to be registered Indians pursuant to the Act as of March 31, 1991, but were not registered as of April 15, 1992, the terms and conditions of this Agreement (and in particular Article 15) shall not apply. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to be an admission, confirmation or denial by Canada of any rights or obligations in respect of such individuals or the Band, that any of such individuals who are not included as members of the Band are entitled to any Band membership rights, or any existing or future Band funding or programs.
