Common use of No Duty to Investigate Clause in Contracts

No Duty to Investigate. neither Facility Agent nor the Security Trustee, as the case may be, shall at any time, unless requested to do so by a Lender or Lenders, be under any duty to investigate whether an Event of Default or a Default has occurred or to investigate the performance of the Borrower under or pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents;
