No Duties Except as Specified; No Action Except Under Facility Lease, Indenture or Instructions. (a) The Indenture Trustee shall not have any duty or obligation to manage, control, use, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with any part of the Indenture Estate or otherwise take or refrain from taking any action under or in connection with this Indenture or the other Assigned Documents except as expressly provided by the terms of this Indenture or as expressly provided in written instructions from a Majority in Interest of Noteholders in accordance with Section 5.2 hereof; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Indenture against the Indenture Trustee.
