The Mortgagee agrees that it will in its individual capacity and at its own cost and expense (but without any right of indemnity in respect of any such cost or expense under Section 7.01 hereof), promptly take such action as may be necessary duly to discharge all liens and encumbrances on any part of the Trust Indenture Estate which result from claims against it in its individual capacity not related to the ownership of the Aircraft or the administration of the Trust Indenture Estate or any other transaction pursuant to this Trust Indenture or any document included in the Trust Indenture Estate.
