No Distribution of Expenses. Except as provided in Section 8 of this Agreement with respect to Buyer, neither Sellers nor Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement out of the Escrowed Property for any costs and expenses incurred by them in connection with exercising their rights or performing their duties under this Agreement.
