No Dependence on Future Functionality. Licensee agrees that it is not entering into this Agreement or any Order Form contingent on the provision of any future functionality relating in any way to the Services unless expressly provided in an Order Form and no statement or other information made or provided orally or otherwise shall be binding unless specifically set forth in an Order Form.
