No Default by Lessee Sample Clauses
No Default by Lessee. As of the date of this Certificate, (a) Lessee is not in default in the performance of the terms and provisions of the Lease; and (b) to the best knowledge of Commission, no event has occurred which, with the passage of time or the giving of notice or both, would constitute any such default, except as otherwise described in Paragraph AA, below. Commission has not given Lessee any notice of default under the Lease.
No Default by Lessee. Through the Effective Date, there is no default on the part of Lessee under the Lease, and no event has occurred or condition exists which, with the passage of time or giving of notice, or both, would constitute a default on the part of Lessee under the Lease. Each of the obligations on ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s part to be performed to date under the Lease have been performed through the Effective Date.
