No Default; Amendment. Huneeus shall use its best efforts not to do any act or omit to do any act, or permit any act or omission to act, that will cause a breach of any Contract (as defined under the Huneeus Contribution Agreement). Huneeus shall not amend any such Contract without the prior written consent of the other Parties.
