In the event Tenant breaches this Lease and abandons the Premises, this Lease shall not terminate unless Landlord gives Tenant written notice of its election to so terminate this Lease. No act by or on behalf of Landlord intended to mitigate the adverse effect of such breach, including those described by Section 13.C, shall constitute a termination of Tenant’s right to possession unless Landlord gives Tenant written notice of termination.
