No Conversion. From and after the Effective Time until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Distribution Date, neither SpinCo nor any of SpinCo’s Affiliates shall cause or permit Eastover to alter its production capabilities such that it would produce, design, manufacture or sell products other than Printing Paper Products and those products manufactured using the production capabilities of Eastover existing as of the Distribution Date.
