No Control over Buyer Data. The Buyer acknowledges that OBH exercises no control over or liability for Buyer Data. The Buyer shall ensure that the provision by or on behalf of the Buyer of the Buyer Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations. All Buyer Data submitted under a Buyer’s User ID will be deemed to have been submitted by the Buyer.

The Buyer shall ensure that the provision by or on behalf of the Buyer of the Buyer Data to OBH complies with all applicable laws and regulations. All Buyer Data submitted under a Buyer’s User ID will be deemed to have been submitted by the Buyer. The Buyer warrants that any Buyer Data will be supplied in a timely manner and will be supplied to a level of quality and completeness that has been agreed with OBH. OBH shall not be liable for any delays or disruptions to the Service that are a consequence of the Buyer’s failure to supply data of an appropriate quality in a timely manner.
