NO CONTRACT BENEFITS. Following the termination of Executive's -------------------- employment for Cause, Executive shall not perform any of the services described in Section 2.1, nor shall he have the right to receive any Contract Benefits, but he and his eligible dependents shall be entitled, at their sole cost, to receive continued health care coverage to which they may be entitled by law ("COBRA Coverage").
