No Construction Area. Buyer, on behalf of itself, its successors and assigns, covenants that it shall not construct, nor seek or accept any authorization to construct, any structure or portion thereof (excluding landscaping, surface roadways and parking, awnings or other protrusions over entrance doorways, covered walkways, patio facilities, related outbuildings not to exceed fifteen (15) feet in height, and related installations such as light standards) in those portions of Zone 2 described in Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein. Buyer shall execute and record at Closing such documents as Seller shall reasonably request to memorialize this obligation of record.
