No-Commission Transactions. (a) The parties agree that the Agent’s Commission will not include any Commission which is attributable to, derived from, generated by or related to any loan, financial product or transaction: Clawback upfront Trail ceased Trail clawed back (i) which is, or which is found to be, fraudulent; (ii) which is, or which is found to be, completed in breach of or in a manner which is inconsistent with the Bank’s Policies;
