Common use of No Changes Clause in Contracts

No Changes. No change in such salary schedules shall be made by Design-Builder without prior approval by Owner in advance. Employees of Design-Builder who are engaged at shops or on the road in expediting the production or transportation of materials or equipment in connection with the performance of the Work shall be considered stationed at the Field Office and their salaries paid for that portion of their time spent on such performance. The Owner shall be furnished with a list of employees whom the Design-Builder assigns to the performance of Work or services under this Contract with an indication of the salary of each employee. The aforesaid employees shall be paid on the basis of time cards to which the Owner shall have ready access.

The Owner shall be furnished with a list of employees whom the Design-Builder Construction Manager assigns to the performance of Work or services under this Contract Agreement with an indication of the salary of each employee. The aforesaid employees shall be paid on the basis of time cards to which the Owner shall have ready access.
