No Change in Business or Credit Card Guidelines. The Servicer will not make any change in the character of its business or in the Credit Card Guidelines, which change would, in either case, impair the collectibility of any substantial portion of the Receivables or otherwise result in a material adverse effect on the Agent's, [Liquidity Banks]' or Buyer's interest in the Receivables or the collectibility thereof.
