No Change in Business or Credit Card Guidelines. None of the Transferor, the Issuer or the Servicer will make any change in the character of its business or, except pursuant to any Requirements of Law, in the Credit Card Guidelines, which change would have a Material Adverse Effect on the Transferor, the Issuer or the Servicer, as applicable.

None of Neither the Transferor, Transferor nor the Issuer or the Servicer will make any change in the character of its business or, except pursuant to any Requirements of Law, in the Credit Card Guidelines, which change would would, in either case, impair the collectibility of any Receivable or otherwise (a) have a Material Adverse Effect material adverse effect on the Transferor, the Issuer or the Servicer, as applicable, or on the transaction documented under this Agreement, or (b) have an Adverse Effect.
